Abstract Deadline: August 15 (please see Important Dates below)
Every day we see evidence that simulation leads to inspired engineering. Here is your opportunity to inspire others by presenting your innovative Ansoft-related electromechanical and electronic design work while showcasing your organization.
We invite you to submit a 200-word abstract by August 15 describing the essence of your work and the Ansoft products used in your simulations. The most highly sought topics are those that describe specific design challenges and how you meet those challenges.
You may submit your proposal online here or email it to inspiringengineering@ansoft.com.
Presentations should demonstrate the use of Ansoft software for design and simulation, covering, but not limited to, the following topics*:
| Advanced electric machine design |
Vehicle antenna packaging |
| Electromagnetic interference |
Electromechanical systems |
| Power electronics |
Parasitic extraction |
| Alternative vehicle propulsion |
Fuel injector design |
| Remote keyless entry |
VHDL-AMS modeling |
| Signal integrity |
And more |
* For examples of presentations given in the past, please visit www.ansoft.com/firstpass.
Important Dates
- August 15: Paper submission deadline
- August 29: Notification of acceptance
- October 10: Final document submission
Presentation Format
Ansoft offers two types of presentation formats:
 |
Full-Length Papers (30 minutes):
Report significant contributions, advancements, or applications using Ansoft technology in a formal presentation format with limited audience interaction.
Interactive Poster Sessions:
Provide an opportunity for authors to present novel ideas or designs as well as theoretical or experimental results in an informal manner. Authors are encouraged to post printed slides, perform hardware or software demonstrations, or simply discuss topics of mutual interest with interested colleagues. (This session will be held in parallel with a number of product-training sessions.)
