Ansoft announced financial results for its first quarter of fiscal 2007 ended July 31, 2006. All references to share and per share information, except shares authorized, included in the press release have been adjusted to reflect the two-for-one stock split effected in the form of a stock dividend that was declared on March 7, 2006, and distributed on May 9, 2006.
